Challenge
By 2020, The London Clinic, one the UK’s leading private hospitals was coming under threat. Large and highly established American competitors were entering the UK market while patients were also increasingly taking control of their own health. These two factors were driving a fundamental shift in the healthcare model.
Solution
We worked with The London Clinic leadership team on shifting the focus of the brand, repositioning the hospital around the idea of ’a more complete kind of care’ – transforming them into a patient-first brand while amplifying the truly tailored and fully supportive care they surround their patients with.
This gave the hospital a focused new role but to fully embed this into the culture we worked with clinicians to explore how best to evolve the offer and experience from pre-to post-care, ensuring that the brand idea was fully lived through out the whole hospital.
