Wayra (a subsidiary of Telefonica) matches smaller scale ups with large corporates, shepherding the relationship to ensure its success. This not only supports the development and growth of dynamic young companies it more effectively injects innovation into established global businesses that can struggle to innovate from within. The challenge was Wayra didn’t know how to position themselves in the market or communicate the value of this offer.
Solution
Working with the leadership team we created a narrative that highlighted the unique strengths of their propriety model. Building around the idea of ‘Innovation that delivers’ we focused on how Wayra’s method delivered more successful lasting partnerships, challenging alternative incubator models. To support this, we established the the pillars of the offer and messaging, developing their pitch deck and website, as well as internal values to unify their team around the new brand strategy.
